Westonworks is the One Stop Skills and Job Shop on the Bournville Estate in Weston super Mare. We give information and advice to help adults make choices about learning and work – training courses, volunteering opportunities, self-employment advice, work experience, employment and progression in employment. Our service is unbiased, independent and confidential; we focus on you.
We have lots of specialist advisers from different organisations at westonworks who can help you.

What Happens When I Contact Westonworks?
If you phone or email we will provide you information as soon as possible; if appropriate we will book an appointment for you.
When you first come to westonworks the duty adviser will talk with you and assess how we can best help you, this usually takes 30 minutes. You will need to complete a short registration form. Together we will agree your next steps. This could be an appointment with a specialist adviser at westonworks or a referral to another organisation best able to meet your needs.
The service is confidential. If you are referred to another organisation we will always ask your permission first before passing on your details. However, if you tell us something which indicates there is a risk of harm to yourself, another adult, child or young person we will have to disclose this as appropriate.
