We can help people over 18, whether you are working or not working, and there is no upper age limit! Our service is aimed at people over 18 because of Government funding, if you are under 18 we will put you in touch with Connexions or another organisations as appropriate.

If you phone or email we will provide you information as soon as possible.
If you would like to see an adviser we ask you to drop in or telephone to register; this takes a few minutes and helps us to help you. We’ll agree with you the most appropriate service for your needs and book an appointment.
The service is confidential. If you are referred to another organisation we will always ask your permission first before passing on your details. However, if you tell us something which indicates there is a risk of harm to yourself, another adult, child or young person we will have to disclose this as appropriate.
